Your Mind.

Your Power.

Life doesn’t magically fall into place once you have all the “things” you hoped and prayed for. The job, the house, the body, the perfect partner. Many people have all the material buckets filled and are still searching for more, for something else - something deeper that’s weighing on their heart. What you value in life, how you speak to yourself, and how you evaluate everything that has happened and will happen to you shapes how you experience life and your capacity to enjoy it as the miracle of a gift that it is. Out of survival and hard wiring, our brains are trained to skew negative in most circumstances in life. It’s what helps keep us alive. Knowing this, we have to retrain our minds to overcome this hard wiring and accept that in spite of the external world around us, which never stops moving, we can control our own life, our emotions, and our destiny.

A loving mind is a joyful life.

Do you ever find yourself finally with a moment to relax, alone or with loved ones, perhaps in beautiful place like a garden or the beach, or just sitting down at the end of the day - any moment that is at last yours to let it all go - and still your mind can’t rest? You struggle to pour out the love to others because your cup is drained, depleted - it has been for a while - and you struggle to refill it. Your mind has been running marathons trying to keep up with the rush of what it has been trained to focus on in this fast-paced world, leaving you and your nervous system burnt out, with never a moment for a refuel. Mindfulness techniques can help you at last find deep and restorative peace and rest, and give you the permission to let the weight all go, as you deserve to.

  • Let’s explore the answer together. What brought you here, what are you seeking? Where can you find more ease and love in your life, what is the source of your resistance? How would your life feel if you didn’t harbor resentment, anger, jealousy, sadness, or contempt for others? We all need to practice more mindfulness because if we learn to focus on what really matters and has true value in this life, we can become happier, more joyful humans who can then make the world a better place. It starts with us, it starts within.

  • You don’t need any experience to practice mindfulness or to meditate. It starts with awareness. You being here, seeking out a way to make your mind a happier place to be is a form of mindfulness itself, and an amazing first step. All you have to do is continue to show up for yourself, make the decision to retrain your thoughts and strive towards living joyfully within, and I will help guide you through the rest.

  • Time is a funny and fickle thing. We never have enough of it, yet we can spend many of our precious moments scrolling for hours on our phones, watching mind-numbing TV shows, or being a spectator in someone else’s life instead of focusing on our own. We often zone out and play low vibrational music on the way to work instead of finding a way to uplift ourselves. We spend much of our time just getting by or by continuing to feed unhealthy habits. I say you do have the time, we just have to work on reframing how you spend your cherished moments so you start to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing over the things that should come second (or not at all) in your life.
